Power BI Not Loading for some users

Hi

We have an issue whereby individual users are getting the blinking grey Power BI loading screen when trying to access the service. I myself had it a week or so ago and it resolved itself, now a colleague has it, but I can log in fine. When he hit the back button he got the error message below.This is how Power BI looks when trying to view app or go to app.powerbi.comThis is how Power BI looks when trying to view app or go to app.powerbi.comThis is the error message when he hit back on browserThis is the error message when he hit back on browser

He's tried rebooting, clearing his browser cache. When I had the same issue last week he could view the app fine, so it seems to be quite intermittent. He can view the app fine from the mobile app.

Has anyone else had this?

Thanks

Kerry

We have now resolved the issue on my colleague’s PC. It appears to be something to do with Kaspersky anti-virus, as when we disabled it we could then log in to Power BI. We believe that it may have locked the web.min.js file that Power BI uses when authenticating the login when running a previous scan. By disabling anti-virus, logging in to Power BI, then restarting the machine to re-enable anti-virus, it now appears he can log in ok.

Thank you for everyone's suggestions.

@MagnumPBI

After singin, AAD is not recognising the user with the credentials.

Hoping it's intermittent issue.

Please check in different system and try to re-pro the issue.

If the same issue occurs in another system, please submit a ticket to investigate.

I occasionally also have seen this issue. In my experience it was always with users using an IE browser.

I recommend using Chrome, or the new Chromium based Edge browser for a better experience and possible better performance also.

Hi

Thanks for responding, but unfortunately we don't use IE, mainly Chrome. I get this issue on both Chrome and Edge.
