Power BI Not Loading for some users

Hi   We have an issue whereby individual users are getting the blinking grey Power BI loading screen when trying to access the service. I myself had it a week or so ago and it resolved itself, now ...

    We have now resolved the issue on my colleague’s PC. It appears to be something to do with Kaspersky anti-virus, as when we disabled it we could then log in to Power BI. We believe that it may have locked the web.min.js file that Power BI uses when authenticating the login when running a previous scan. By disabling anti-virus, logging in to Power BI, then restarting the machine to re-enable anti-virus, it now appears he can log in ok.
