No subscriptions have been working for us for around 16 hours now. I have tried to "Run Now" and still nothing. I have tried to set up new subscriptions and nothing. I have tried to set up new reports with new subscriptions and again nothing. We are all on PPU licenses. My IT team have said no email from no-reply@microsoft... has reached the server or in any queue. Can someone help?

I've created a ticket to Microsoft to look into this issue. I recommend all those affected to do the same.

We are facing the same issue.
Same issue here 20 hours without any emails being received. Data refreshing OK, subscriptions are running, but no emails are received.

We are also experiencing this problem today. We're on pro licences.
