Data Alert based on Table Visual column

Hey folks,

I have a numeric column which has difference between days logic. I am using this column in a table visual.

Is there any way we can set alert such that whenever the difference becomes less 30 days (for example) a message/email is triggered to certain users.

I know the limitations of alert which cant be used for table visual but still is there any other way to achieve this.

Hi @powerbidev123 ,

Based on the description, try creating a measure.

Days_Difference_Alert = IF( MAX(Table1[Days_Difference]) < 30, 1, 0 )

Then, place the measure in a card visual and publish the report to the service.

What’s more, set up alerts on the card visual.

@lbendlin I am not relying on  a single numerical value . I want to basically send an alert if any of the values becomes less than 30 then send the details of the customerid,email via an email or just display those records in table visual

As @Anonymous stated - create a measure.
