CQD Teams Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Report Template

Hello,

I'm a total beginner with PowerBi, sorry in advance about that.

 

My boss asks me to find something to make reports for Auto-Attends, Call queues and Call Agents in Microsoft Teams.

I found this : CQD Teams Auto Attendant & Call Queue Historical Report Template 

 

Does anyone of you uses these reports too ??

I only have one month of data no more ..... I don't understand where I do something wrong.
(Today, we are 25th of may, I got data from 27th april to today)

Any hint, Any idea, Any suggestion, Any secret to share ? 
I'll take anything.

Hi, @daniel-thetaz 

 

I think it may not be your problem, you may not be doing anything wrong.

Note:

  • keep in mind that CQD only keeps EUII for 28 days. Anything older than 28 days is deleted
  • only 28 days of history is available in the dashboard

For reference:

Known Issues 

Assign admin roles for access to CQD

HI Zeon Zheng,

I am having a problem with PSTN SUMMARY REPORT.As there are around 400 users but only 3 are been shown.please help how can i get the 400 users to be displayed  in user service details dashboard.
