Hi all,
We have an issue with Map visual, it works fine on Desktop, Service but when opened in Mobile version Map is not displaying.
This happens only on Android (all versions) and on iPhone it works and loads ok
Has anybody had a similar problem?
Thanks,
Dragan

Hey @ifat_c ,
We are unable to repro the issue.
Can you please
1) send us a screencapture from both ISO android apps with the problem, and if possible the PBIX file to Power BI Mobile Support <mpbisup@microsoft.com>
2) try sign out and sign it or uninstall / install (it deletes the cache).
Thanks Maya

HI @Anonymous,
Which version power android device you test? Can you please share more detailed information?
BTW, you can also contact to mobile team for better support.

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi Xiaoxin,
I've tested the Map on Android 7.0 and 8.0 and it doesn't load. It's not a matter of internet connection since we tested also on iPhone and it load easily. On all phones we have latest version of Power BI and also our Desktop version is March update and reports are created and published in it.
Scenario is regular. We have a Dataset published, Reports connected live to Dataset and optimized for mobile view also. Everything works as expected except the Map visual doesn't load.
We also tested in "cross browser testing tool" and it "works" ok, but I belive more in live tests 🙂
Thanks,
Dragan
hi @Anonymous,
can i ask some additionals questions ?
we have several maps visuals -
(you can see visual name by hovring with the mouse on it)
are you using the first ? (Map visual)
are other visuals on the report loading ok ?
do you get any error messages when you open the report ?
please share some print screens with us -
you can sent it to the mobile team support
thanks,
Ori
