Scenario. Import a data model into Power BI (say via excel file stored on onedrive). Setup a data refresh on it. Validate that it works. Now make a schema change in the data model (say add a new table). Save the file in the onedrive location. This now breaks the data refresh from the power Bi site. I discovered I could do it via Cut & Paste (even on Web UI, Awesome!!!!) but my initial attempt was to use Drag&Drop. This might make it easier for users that are not familiar with the keyboard. When one Cut&Pastes a visual from one page of a report to another page I noticed that if that visual was pinned on a dashboard the link doesn't get updated to point to the new page. The workaround is to unpin,repin and reposition, but it would be nice if automatic. ... View more
