We need a setting to prevent Power BI from automatically assigning free licenses to users.

Previously, we were able to manage free licenses through self-service in M365, but that option has recently been removed for free license from the M365 portal.

multiple users are using conditional access as a workaround it would  be helful if there is a option to disable auto assigning free license to new users apart from CA

It would be great if there where a possibiility to dissable fabric free licenses in the Self Service Regsitration option like all other licenses ...

Yes, it's stupid that when a company has F64 capacity, new users still have to go through the sign-up process to get a free license assigned. We get a lot of questions about this.
