Utilizing the on-premise data gateway for Notebooks

We are challenged to trigger the notebook to on-prmise data sources until we enable a few configurations from Azure and from our tenant.

It would be great if it enabled us to use our On-premise data gateway connection in Notebooks to trigger the job, get the data, and load it into Lake Houses.

 

right now we should use only pipeline or dataflow to use On-premise data gateway connections.

Absolutely.. I am facing same situation where I need to set very sepcific ingestiion script in pyspark but not able to due to On-premises enterprise database.. 😕 would be lovely to see possibility to connect notebook to the gateway
