New "Last Updated" Timestamp column in Synapse Data Science

There should be a new "Last Updated" Timestamp column in Synapse Data Science when viewing your created notebooks. This would allow users to see when others in their team have last made changes to their notebooks to see what the most up to date working notebook is.
