Include descriptions on event schema menus

It would be helpful to include descriptions on the real-time event schema fields presented to users when setting up pipeline triggers.

Why it matters: The current behavior allowing users to view the schema during this process is helpful for configuring the trigger's event filters, but a description is often necessary in order to confidently understand what to expect from the field's values.
