I am working on a Power BI reporting solution embedded into a model-driven app, not tied to a specific entity. One challenge I've encountered involves clearing filters and slicers using a button bound to a bookmark.
While this works well during the development stage, after deployment, the bookmark fails to function as expected. The bookmark seems to be tied to the specific environment in which it was created, which leads to problems in other environments. As a result, users are unable to clear filters in the deployed version. Or the bookmark button needs to be updated in the target environment which creates an unmanaged layer on top.
I would like to request a more robust method for clearing filters across different environments or an enhancement that allows bookmarks to work seamlessly across environments after deployment. Any best practices or strategies for addressing this limitation would be appreciated.
