How to remove unused visual columns from model data.

Step 1: Have one list containing columns added to all visuals tracked.

Date Document No. Product Code Qty Customer No. Customer Customer Email Phone External Document No.

Step 2: Have another list containing all of the columns of the model data tracked (separately to the first list).

(Everything from the above list - ticked) (Everything not added to a visual - not ticked)

Step 3: Go to Home tab, then in the Queries section, click on Transform Data.

Step 4: Go to Home tab, then in Manage Columns section, click on Remove columns not used in visuals (name pending)
