Enable Python/R Visuals in Power BI Service and Embedded Environments

Python/R visuals are among the most important and useful Power BI visuals available on Desktop, but they are missing in Service and Embedded. I request that these visuals be enabled in both Service and Embedded as well.

This would allow authors to create and edit Python/R visuals in Service and Embedded environments, in addition to the Desktop environment.
