Disable filtering options from end users

I have end users from different locations. I want to share with them a report of the same kind but with set to a respective location. I wanted to do that via a report filter however, I've learnt a "read only" user can change that filter if he opens the pane. Can you please introduce a "true" read only user - meaning a permission for the end user to only change slicers within the report itself, but not a page/report filters. Can be really helpful !!!

Being able to specify individual report filters as "Locked" when in reading view would also be a great enhancement - i.e. For almost all PBI reports there are some filters that the end-user viewing the report should not be able to modify/change, and other Filters that you DO want end-users to be able to change to filter & slice the report. Being able to specify that an individual filter is "Locked" for each filter on a report (i.e. so that it cannot be changed in reading mode) would be great.

yes. it is super important to have ability to lock filter in a embedded report. this help configure report based on incoming user along with RLS.
