Create and save your own notebook snippets (to share with colleagues)

As a data engineer/ data scientist, I want to create my own high-quality code snippets (using the Browse Code Snippets functionality) and save them to the library so that colleagues that browse and select them easily. This would save them time, and help less experienced engineers get 80% of the way there quickly when building new pipelines/ transformations/ validation checks/ tests etc.

For example, you could create boiler plate code for creating a new data validation expectation in Great Expectations.

This would drastically increase code quality and decrease time to ship new features.
