Copy/paste the data behind the visual in Power BI to other applications

I can copy the visual either as image or data table and paste it in other applications.

Can you please provide this basic function. It is always the first question, if it is possible to copy the data behind a visual, to do additional calculations in Excel. Thanks in advance!

We in Credit really need the ability to copy & paste information from Power BI into another screen. It saves us so much time in being able to do this so can you please arrange for this to happen

I too need this functionality, If we are supposed to use Power BI to replace existing functionality I agree this a real missing piece of functionality. When will it be available?

Come on Microsoft, we pay a fortune for your software. You cant just file everything as a known issue. This is a fundamental function that everyone needs so an answer on when this will be available would be much appreciated.

We need to be able to highlight cell contents from a Power BI table/matrix visual and copy the contents to the clipboard.

Any idea of when it is going to be ready? I agree with other comments that it is basic functionlity to copy what is in one cell or visual to the clipboard
