At the moment, there isn't a native support within Power BI to visualise HTML text as RTF. There is only one visual that allows you to, and that is a 3rd party visual called HTML Viewer. Unfortunately, this visual acts like as a card visual and only shows one cell, you can't use it for tables. Also, you cannot export to pdf or Power Point (as someone else has already raised below). I need to display RTF in a table and there is no option for this at all. The only option for table is to use the HMTL.toText function in Power BI but this only converts to plain text, so all the numbering and bullet points are stripped out and it also doesn't deal with additional spaces or ampersand(&) well.
I am trying to extract data from Azure DevOps, using OData queries, Analytics view and wiql queries.
There seem to be a number of people facing this issue (I can't add link, get an error to say I'm posting malicious content so search by title):
Power BI should support returning HTML in Rich Text fields
Rich text & HTML support in data fields
HTML (rich text) support in Power BI
Add an HTML Data Category
Add HTML rendering option to table and matrix visuals
HTML Viewer is a market place visual to view HTML content - Should get Microsoft Certified
