Conditional Tooltips would help when hovering over different elements which belongs to same visuals.
Example 1 - Different columns in a table could do with multiple stats in the form of Page tooltips which can show conditionally based on hovered column.
Example 2 - New Card Visual Could do with this feature where High-level numbers in cards can be further broken down in shown in tooltips.
Example 3 - Maps like ICON Map where you have multiple layers of Map Points on could have conditional Tooltips based on which layer they Hovered on.
