Conditional Formatting for Total and Subtotals for Data Bars in table and matrix

Hi Since April 2020 there is conditional formatting for total and subtotal together in matrices , but data bars are still missing the feature. So please add "Apply to" "Values and totals" to data bars in matrix and table! There a a lot of votes for this in the existing completed idea: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=28b82d9d-b14e-4749-a285-9d51e9707022 But there is no feedback from Microsoft regarding data bars and it seems that they don't really look at completed ideas as promised. I hope this new one gets more attention. Regards

However this feature just makes sense. Please update data bars for Total and Subtotals.
