Better data filtering with formatting options like drop down, checkbox....

We are looking to take advantage of the BI, but the filtering option is limiting our function. If one can add a better designed filtering system with drop downs or check boxes or key selections, it will lessen the amount of data prep needed to get the same feature without the actual feature... thank you and great product!

Yes please, the Power BI function we create requires a checkbox, because if a checkbox is required, it causes less confusion when we want the user select only one option at a time, user does not need to deselect the previous selected option then select the other. In the current case we need to have a short briefing to user what to do, and even have done that user may have not deselected the option by mistake, which causes wrong info shown in the business data, strongly requesting! Thanks!

I support the idea, basically a filter but instead of having all the items listed with a "check box", they can be in a dropdown list, it reduces the space in the canvas and gives you a cleaner look. E.g. if you are filtering 30 items you have 30 check boxes to select and takes lots of canvas space. With a dropdown filter it'd be easier and cleaner.

yeah i support this idea also. Its filter checkbox, dropdown like Tableau has.
