how to create a users Group in powerbi service

Hi Team,

 

I want to create a  Three groups because once i create a new report and published to power bi service then i dont want manually add the user to access the report .current synario there are so many reports available in power bi service so better to create a group.

 


1) Admin Group- abc@compnay.com,abcd@compnay.com,abced@compnay.com

2) Viewer Group- xyz@compnay.com,xyd@compnay.com,ghj@compnay.com
3) Interactor Group- afds@compnay.com,rhfd@compnay.com,fghd@compnay.com,xfgddyz@compnay.com,dfh@compnay.com

While users can create a Microsoft 365 group from Outlook or other apps, as an admin, you may need to create or delete groups, add or remove members, and customize how they work. The Microsoft 365 admin center is the place to do this. The following links introduce the creation, deletion, permission assignment, etc. of the group, you can refer to them .

@Anshenterprices You create groups in the Office 365 admin portal, not in Power BI Service.
