I hoping someone can help here. The answer is probably obivious, but I would like to check anyway.

Does report consumption and refreshes from Non-Premium Workspaces affect the performance of Reports in a Premium Capacity? Are they separated or combined?

They are completely separate so will not consume any of your Premium capacity.
