Unable to loging

HI, I have problem to sign to my account.

1. My account is personal, but I put @mycompanyname.com, now make a redirect to a page with my company name.

2. Don't recognize my logging.

3. I try to recover my password but my username is not recognize.

WHAT CAN I DO? Where i can call to get support please...

The account is active because all my embed link is working. 

I NEED HELP ASAP!!!

Power BI only accepts work email. I assume your company have O365 tenant already. Please have your organization administrator verify if your account is still assigned with Power BI license. 

 If you have license, but still unable to login, please create a support ticket.
