@Anonymous , are you trying to use the color directly as a slicer? I'm afraid that's not directly possible.
From your screenshot, there are three ranges, namely greater than 0, between -5 and 0, and less than -5. Here is a simple test I created for your reference:
My sample:
Then I created a calculated column as follows.
Column = SWITCH(TRUE(),
[Value] > 0, "> 0",
[Value] <= 0 && [Value] >= -5, "-5 - 0",
[Value] <-5, "< -5")
use this column as a slicer:
Output:
