Hello,
I have a user that has access to our workspace and has been using our reporting for several weeks. Each time the user tries to open one of those reports for the first time that day, they receive the below message. It seems the service does not recognize that user as having visited the workspace or opening that report before. After the user completes the verification process they are able to navigate away from the workspace and return later in that same day without having to enter the credentials again. Has anyone had this issue come up before? If so, can you offer any solution?
