It is set to refresh every hour on the Power BI server. However, it seems that it doesn't refresh the data from the original data sourse. Does any one have any ideas about this?

Although the dataset is configured to refresh hourly, the "Next refresh" field is blank for at least one of the datasets. This suggests that the refresh schedule may not be properly applied or is being blocked due to an underlying issue.
In your case, I been try look at gateway or credential Issues

You must specify at least one time of day value in your refresh settings.
