I have viewed many articles with this same issues. I have tried all the possible solutions, and all of them didn't work.
I have tried installing 32 bit, 64 bit version of Power BI desktop.
Making change to my default browser from Edge, Chrome, IE, and Firefox. Unfortunately, all of these didn't work.
I am dying to know the methods that work.
Please help,
Thank you,

Hi @goodkamoot95 ,
Cant tell why this issue happens.
Try to use Zendesk API as a workaround.
