Restart Capacity

Hi,

I am trying to restart a capacity.  Is it P2 SKU so not Gen 2.  I am a global Administrator.

A colleauge used to do this, and I can see he had PowerBi Admin role, which I have also added another colleage to to try. 

I am folloiwng the guidance in

But the restart button does not appear.

Could you please provide a screenshot in admin portal like the following.

And please check if you have finished the Step2.

Can Power BI Premium Capacity admin restart capacity?

The approach above did not work for me.

I have checked again and we still dont get the restart option.
