Restart Capacity

Hi,   I am trying to restart a capacity.  Is it P2 SKU so not Gen 2.  I am a global Administrator.   A colleauge used to do this, and I can see he had PowerBi Admin role, which I have also added ...

    Could you please provide a screenshot in admin portal like the following.

     

    And please check if you have finished the Step2.

     

     

    Can Power BI Premium Capacity admin restart capacity?
