I have a number of Power BI datasets and reports published together within one app. Behind thee datasets are a number of dataflows.
I want to set up a one page status report that the users of the app can view to see the status of all dataflows and reports (refresh success / fail, last refresh times etc.)
I have a streaming dataset for the dataflows capturing each refresh instance via power automate.
How can I get hold of the power BI dataset refresh data and report in the same way?

This data is in the Power BI Admin API - you can set up access to the API in the Power BI admin portal. It's definitely "some assembly required", but the refresh success/failure and failure type info is all in there.
