HI all,
Power BI Paginated reports allows subscribing to a specific report to get the report by push to emails.
There are several options to render the report (PDF, CSV, docx, etc...).
I need to render the report as HTML in the email's body.
This was optional in SSRS and I couldn't find how to do so.
The closest I got is placing a PNG in the mail's body.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advanced.
Oren.

I got the table to load but on my paginated report I'm also running a graph and can't grab that image to load into email. I hope they add this feature in soon similar to SSRS.
This topic offers a legit solution. You have to save it as EML file, convert it to HTML, then clean up a bit.
Re: Convert MHTML to HTML or send formatted MHTML ... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
Thanks! looks good
@OrenHenig Did you ever find a way to embed reports as HTML in the body of an email using Power Automate? It would be very valuable to replicate this missing functionality from SSRS. The only reply here seems way off topic.
No native way to do so.
Just export as MHTML to a file and then (progrematically) transform it into an HTML and add it to an email.
I didn't end up actually performing this, just planned it.
Hi, @OrenHenig
As far as I’m concerned, you can only get the HTML code of the report in the “Share”->” Embed or publish in web” option in the Power BI service.
When you set the subscription for a report in Power BI, you can get a link that nevigate to this report, but you can not view and interact with the report within the email at current.
If you have an idea about this, you can also go to the Power BI Idea to submit a new idea so that people with the same idea can vote for you. I will also vote for you.😁
Thank you very much!
