No native way to do so. Just export as MHTML to a file and then (progrematically) transform it into an HTML and add it to an email. I didn't end up actually performing this, just planned it.

Render a Paginated report as HTML while using Subscriptions
HI all, Power BI Paginated reports allows subscribing to a specific report to get the report by push to emails. There are several options to render the report (PDF, CSV, docx, etc...). I need to render the report as HTML in the email's body. This was optional in SSRS and I couldn't find how to do so. The closest I got is placing a PNG in the mail's body. Any suggestions? Thanks in advanced. Oren.
