How can I find out what my specific error is using the activity and request IDs?

Can you please describe the issue and share the complete error with the screen shot.

Microsoft have some internal tools, they can investigate with the RAID(Request ID and Activity ID).

I am trying to refresh a data set on Power BI service that is connected to an API. I get errors whether I try an on demand refresh or a scheduled one. Here is the entire errror.
