Problema ao tentar criar nova conta no service

Olá! Alguém pode nos ajudar?

Ao tentar criar uma nova conta gratuita para um novo usuário da nossa organização no pbi service obtivemos a seguinte mensagem "No momento, sua organização não permite que seus usuários comprem Microsoft Power BI. Contate seu administrador de TI para obter mais informações."

Já possuímos 03 contas gratuitas com e-mail de domínio da nossa organização. Existe alguma limitação quanto a isso?

Segundo a nossa TI, não há nenhuma configuração local que possa estar fazendo esse bloqueio. Por isso, gostaríamos de saber se se trata de um bloqueio da Microsoft.

Hi @SEDESC_TRE ,

You must belong to an admin role to purchase or assign licenses for your organization. Admin roles are assigned from the Azure Active Directory admin center or the Microsoft 365 admin center. 

he following roles are required to manage licensing for an organization.

• To purchase services and licenses:
  • Billing administrator
  • Global administrator
• To manage user licenses:
  • License administrator
  • User administrator
  • Global administrator

Please try to purchase Power BI Free license subscription and then assign licenses to users.

We have unlimited PowerBI (free) licenses available at 365 Admin Center, but how can I re-enable the self-service sign-up for new users from our domain?
This "self-service" process used to work normally but actually something has changed and our users can't do it anymore. I couldn't find a flag to enable it. Can you help us?
