PowerBI Basic Support (Email)

Does anyone know if the free PowerBI Basic Support is no longer available ? 

I am unable to find any place where i can reach out for support, could someone please direct me towards the right direction ?

@Seth_C_Bauer is correct. The "free" email support is stopped. If you have any question, you can post it on forum or opening a support ticket. Support ticket is free for Pro users.

@S_M There is no direct support for "free" via emails anymore. They have rolled all resources into supporting the Community forums as well as monitoring the Issues Forum. If you have a specific issue, I would post it in the Issues forum to see if others are experiencing the same thing, otherwise post your question on the Community.
