Power Service - Usage Metrics Issue

Good day,

I need some help with the Usage Metrics generated on the service... We have been getting the message below and unable to resolve the issue:

"The usage data is outdated. Check the refresh history and data source credentials in the Usage Metrics Report dataset settings."

I think you will need to contact support at the bottom of this page - Support | Microsoft Power BI

I am not aware of how a user can configure access permissions for the usage metrics dataset. That is usually locked to your tenant settings.
