Some of my users and I are getting stuck on the "loading your report" screen when trying to access content through the service. everything was working normally last hour and there's no issues reported on the service status page : https://support.fabric.microsoft.com/en-GB/support/

Based on the information, power bi service loading issue have been solved. You can retry accessing the content through the service.

Service Outage/Degradation Microsoft Fabric
Customers with capacities located in North Central US region may experience issues during data plane operations. Engineers are investigating the issue and an update will be provided soon.
We are having a similar issue, none of our reports can be accessed and get stuck on the loading screen like you said.
