Power BI Service Access Issue

I have a report in my personal workspace that I shared with several people. I recently applied RLS rules in my dataset however I did not assign users to any role. Currently, they are unable to access to report. Is it because the report is published in Personal workspace?

If you have applied RLS you need to assign users to their required roles so that they can view the data they need to see.

Yes it should work as long as you have created the Roles.

What happens if you try and put the PBIX into an App workspace do you see it then?
