I would like to highlight issue with 3000.262.7 gateway version which we faced recently.
We updated the gateways to Mar,2025 version ( 3000.262.7) and suddenly after some days, SQL Server type connections started showing Offline with below error and also not able to create new connection. I have done the below checks from my side.
Please suggest solution for this if anyone knows OR if any one come across this.

Hi @AmanKalra ,
In additon to @anilelmastasi response, Instead of rolling back, you can also upgrade to the latest April 2025 Gateway version (3000.266) which may have addressed this issue.

Hi @V-yubandi-msft @anilelmastasi
I would like to know whether any user reported any issue in April,2025 gateway version i.e 3000.266.4 because we are going to update our production gateways to Apr version. Looking for if anyone faced any type of issues so far if you know.
Thanks in Advance !
I have updated the gateway software to April,2025 version and it resolved my issue of SQL Server Connection type.

Hello @AmanKalra ,
For 3000.262.7, there are some problems.
1- If possible can you rollback to "Feb 2025: 3000.260.11"
2- if your SQL connections use Basic auth or a SQL login, try switching to Windows authentication with a domain account (if possible). The issue seems more prevalent with SQL login-type connections.
3- Some users fixed it by explicitly enabling TLS 1.2 (registry) or disabling older protocols like SSL 3.0 or TLS 1.0 on the gateway machine and SQL server.
If this solved your issue, please mark it as the accepted solution. ✅
Hi @anilelmastasi ,
Thanks for your inputs. Unfortunately changes in TLS didnt work for me. I would like to know, do you or anyone faced any issues in Feb version of gateway so I will uninstall the Mar and install the "Feb 2025: 3000.260.11" gateway version if this resolved the SQL Server type issue.
