Hi @grobjak
Thanks for the screenshots. The blank area in the folder picker indicates the embedded SharePoint/OneDrive browser is failing to load for your account. Since it works for your colleague on the same browser, this looks user-specific, not a service issue.
Please try these in order:
Verify OneDrive is accessible sign in to https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com and confirm it opens.
Verify licenses affected users need the same Microsoft 365 / SharePoint + Power BI licenses as the colleague who can browse successfully.
Try InPrivate / Incognito. If the picker loads there, it's cached browser data, authentication tokens, or a browser extension.
Allow third-party / cross-site cookies for [*.]sharepoint.com and [*.]onedrive.com.
Ask your M365 admin to review Entra ID sign-in logs and any Conditional Access policies affecting SharePoint Online for the affected user.
If it still fails, please check:
Browser and version, and whether both Edge and Chrome fail.
Any errors from Developer Tools -> Console / Network when opening the picker.

Hi,
I've tried all the solutions, apart from solution point 5. however they all licenses/accesses matched or were there, however I just login in after the week and the onedrive/sharepoint is there available again, so not really sure what happended in between but it's working again, same for the other user that did nothing on his end.
Thank you regardless it might be helpful for other users.
