PPU user but can only use Pro features

A couple of months ago my company upgraded me to a PPU license, but I still can't access any of the PPU features I need (more than 8 refreshes, paginated reports, and using Power BI with Power Automate).  I can see the PPU license on my account, but my account still acts like it's a Pro license.  How do I get access to the features they're paying for?

You can create a new workspace with PPU option and in that workspace you will be able to do these

Remember all the users PPU workspace will require PPU license.
