Hi @YashikaAgrawal ,
Thanks for the update. From what you described, the reason you're seeing only 20 workspaces with Get-PowerBIWorkspace -All is because that command only shows workspaces you have direct access to like ones where you're a member. Even though you’re a Fabric Admin, that role doesn’t automatically give you access to all workspaces unless you use admin-level permissions. To see all 100+ workspaces in your tenant, you’ll need to run the same PowerShell command with the -AsAdmin flag: Get-PowerBIWorkspace -All -AsAdmin. For that to work, your account must have either the Power BI Service Administrator role or be a Global Administrator in Entra ID. You mentioned you've already added yourself to a security group and enabled API access for service principals, which is a good step, but it won’t show all workspaces unless your account has the necessary admin rights. Since you're on a free license, adding the Power Platform Admin or Global Admin role is the right move. Just make sure you're signed in with MFA, and once those roles are in place, the PowerShell command with -AsAdmin should give you full workspace visibility.

a. is partially correct. You need pro to access workspaces that are not on premium capacity.
b. this wont help.
To see workspaces, you need to be added to the workspaces, even though you are Fabric Admin. However you can go to Admin portal to see all the workspaces.
I could now view this option (Issue was with MFA),In the Tenant Setting, Workspaces there are 100+ workspaces, but when i give Get-PowerBIWorkspace -All in Powershell i get only 20 workspace..
Also I have added my name in security group and added security group in option "Service Principal can call Fabric public APIs"..
Anything else i should do to view all workspaces(100), Thanks, still using (Free account + Fabric Admin account)

Thanks for replying, If i get a Pro Account, will i be able to see all workspaces..
also see if you can leverage this.

Thanks for reply, Iam not able to open the Tenant Settings i.,e Admin portal
That is odd. Fabric Admin should have access to Admin Portal.
do you see workspaces though?
Thanks, when i click Admin Portal, iam not seeing it.. (Iam using Free version + Fabric Admin), screenshot attached...
That could mean that you do not have Fabric Admin role. Can you confirm the role in Entra ID?
Iam attaching the screenshot, please check..
Well thats really odd. Best to proceed with opening a ticket with support. I cant think of any other reasons why you dont see it. And I have worked with different clients to get access to Fabric admin portal.
Raised a ticket for Pro Account, once i get will get back...
