Is there any way to resolve this issue apart from increasing the capacity memory storage.
How can I optimize the data?

Hi @neetu14 ,
" I have a premium capacity."
1. Check the size of the data set;
2. Check memory usage;
3. If both of the above conditions are positive, there may be a bug, please create support ticket .
Please refer to this link for specific content
"Problem: Refresh is failing either with SQL Query Timeout or Memory Allocation Failure for the first time."
Try to update the gateway to the latest version:

Thanks. I have a premium capacity. I read the article you posted and followed some steps like removing the default summarization.
Situation: I have only loaded 3 days of data by putting parameters and enabling incremental refresh and successfully publishing the report to Power BI Service. I know Power BI Service will override the parameters when it refreshes the dataset for the first time loading all the historical data and use incremental refresh afterwards.
Problem: Refresh is failing either with SQL Query Timeout or Memory Allocation Failure for the first time.
