Gateway issue "Not configured Correctly"

Hello,

Some of my colleagues are not able to set connection to gateways to schedule a refresh. Most of the team are able to do that with no issue, but some individuals that have same rights cannot connect to gateway. The gateway doesn't get mapped automatically and throws error "Not Configured Correctly".

@Anonymous, Maybe its worth to check if all your team members are allowed to use Gateway Datasource in "Users" tab for the specific datasource?

@Anonymous  Make sure you have logged into the gateway with the same mail id which you had used when installing On-Premise Data Gateway.
