Memory Error while refreshing the dataset in Power BI Service

Is there any way to resolve this issue apart from increasing the capacity memory storage. How can I optimize the data?

" I have a premium capacity."
1. Check the size of the data set;
2. Check memory usage;
3. If both of the above conditions are positive, there may be a bug, please create support ticket .

"Problem: Refresh is failing either with SQL Query Timeout or Memory Allocation Failure for the first time."
Try to update the gateway to the latest version:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/gateway/
