Hello! I have a measure that on desktop, works great. When I publish to service, everything also works great. But when the data refreshs on the service, through the on-demand refresh the measure doesn't work. Nothing shows up in the visuals. Can anyone help? Is it because I need to wait? or..
Hi there
Could I ask you to make sure that you have set the Reset to default button after the dataset refresh?
You can also have a look at the Filters on your visual to see what is filtering the visual which could possibly be filtering something out as shown below.
@GilbertQ Thank you for the reply! Although the recommendations weren't the cause. One of the pages doesn't have filters, and I pressed the reset to default button and that didn't help either. Not sure what else to do.
@GilbertQ It seems a custom column's data disapears once the refresh happens, do you think this would happen with a calculated column?
@GilbertQ I prefer creating it in the Query too..but this is where it is already and for some reason the refresh is erasing that data.
I didn't do anything but the issue is now resolved for some reason.
That is really interesting, glad that it now is working!
