Hello,
I have a number of mailed reports via mail scheduler that have stopped sending in the last 24 hours, is anyone experiencing the same?
In any case, this mailing system is quite deficient, we cannot expect its operation to be correct or punctual every day.
Thank you very much and greetings

Hi @W1z0
Yes as it mentions in the documentation it can take up to an hour to arrive.
They should be arriving based on your schedule, if not and this is an ongoing issue I would look at a support ticket https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/

HI @W1z0
When you talk about the mail scheduler, are you referring to the Power BI Subscription emails?
If so the email subscriptions will typically try to be sent as close as possible to the scheduled time, but it can be up to 30 mins later.
Hi Gilbert,
Thanks for your answer. Indeed, I am referring to the Power BI Subscription emails. The problem is that sometimes they take up to 1 hour to arrive and in others we don't even receive them.
To try and fix the problem right now I just deleted the report and republished it. I have created two new email subscriptions, one at 7:00 and one at 8:00. Well... the first one has arrived and we haven't seen the second one...
Greetings
