Identify connections to Power BI datasets

We have users that use Excel to connect to datasets in the Power BI service.  We are getting ready to decommission a dataset and would like to understand if there are users that have created Excel files with connections to that dataset.  Does anyone have a good way to do this?

Thanks!

Hi @AUaero

Yes you can look in your Power BI Audit log either via your own solution or via the Office 365 Admin portal and search for anything that contains Excel and you will see if anyone connects.
