Hi All,
Most of my users just need to view reports ocassionally, not everyday. The don't even want to
make their own reports.
I have a core group of users who use it a lot and I have Pro licenses
assigned to those users.
For my occasional users what are my license options?
We all have Office E3 licenses and I have those free Power BI licenses but users still
can't view reports published from D365 data through the desktop to the service.
Is there a low price view license that would suit?
i can't be alone in thinking a Pro license is wasted on users who just want to look at a report a few times a year.
Regards,
Jay

I totally agree with you, there should be a viewer or a lite license option for such users. Unfortunately currently Pro, PPU, and the Premium type license are available .
